SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING POLICY
While we do have a storefront in Glendale, AZ, where items can be tried on and purchased, we do understand that sometimes that's just not convenient. For that reason, we do ship throughout the United States, generally via Fed Ex or USPS at a flat rate of $9.50 per order. In the case of our partner school customers, in addition to the flat rate shipping option, we do also offer free shipping to the applicable campus. Please note that for campus deliveries, failure to provide student's name, grade, teacher, and campus may cause your order to be delayed.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Thank you for shopping at Collette's Uniform Company. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
You have 10 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn and unwashed, in the original packaging, with tags still attached. Please include the receipt or proof of purchase with the item.
Refunds /Exchanges
Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and contact you regarding the status of your return/exchange. Exchanges will be shipped as soon as possible after the item being exchanged is received. In the case of a return, if your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. Note: Items that have been altered or customized are not returnable (e.g. a sweater with name embroidered on it or a polo with a company logo added).
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for the return of your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
